Dr. Kellar F. Noggle Endowed ScholarshipDr. Kellar Noggle served as the Executive Director of the Arkansas Association of Educational Administrators from 1976-2005. Prior to 1976, Dr. Noggle contributed 15 years of educational service to the children of Arkansas.
As a tribute to Dr. Noggle's outstanding leadership and to honor his long-standing relationship with the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, an endowed scholarship was established in his name.

Mass Group Marketing (American Public Life) of Plano, TX and the Arkansas Association of Educational Administrators annually award a $1,000 scholarship to a son or daughter of an AAEA member. John Beesley, Chief Executive Officer of Mass Group Marketing, established the scholarship in memory of Dr. C. B. Garrison, former Superintendent of the Fort Smith School District.
Selection is based on academic excellence, leadership in school activities, work experiences and community service. The application and additional information is available in January.
AASEA Memorial Scholarship
Scholarships are awarded for undergraduate junior, senior, or graduate study in the following fields related to the education of children with special needs: Mental Retardation, Speech Therapy, Emotionally Disturbed, Specific Learning Disability, Hearing Impaired, Orthopedically Impaired, Visually Impaired/Blind, Special Education Supervision, and Administration or other related fields at the AASEA Scholarship Committee’s discretion. AASBO Anita Murphree Scholarship
The first scholarship honoring the memory of Anita Murphree was given in February 2003. Because of Anita’s dedication and service to AASBO and SASBO, and her leadership in school business, the AASBO Board of Directors voted to pay the registration fee for an AASBO member to attend the Annual SASBO Conference. The SASBO Board of Directors implemented the same scholarship to be given away in each of the 13 states that make up the Southeastern Association. A drawing is held at the Annual AASBO Conference during the Business Meeting for the AASBO and SASBO scholarships.
The Arkansas Association of School Business Officials (AASBO) offers a scholarship each year to a worthy high school graduate whose parent is a current member of AASBO. This scholarship will be awarded to a full-time student who enrolls in an Arkansas college or university, including junior colleges, community colleges, and vocational/technical schools.
The Arkansas School Plant Management Association (ASPMA) seeks to promote the continuation of education by offering scholarships to students in search of a vocational, associate or bachelor’s degree.
Any graduating high school senior is eligible to apply for a scholarship. A total of $10,000 is budgeted for this program for individuals based on the selection criteria. The scholarship amount given to any one student is at the discretion of the scholarship committee but this amount shall not exceed $5,000. Awarded scholarships are eligible for renewal if funds are available. The scholarship payment shall be made directly to the student to assist them with their educational expenses.

The Arkansas Association of Federal Coordinators (AAFC) awards the AAFC Scholarship to high school seniors of AAFC members to supplement college costs beginning their freshman year. This scholarship award is $1,000 for the first Academic Year, and will be awarded to full-time students who enroll in an Arkansas College or University, including junior colleges, community and vocational or technical colleges, and plan to major in education.
