We are really looking forward to the 13th Annual 2017 TICAL Conference, PERSONALIZING LEARNING, which is just over two months away! Please note, exhibiting will only take place on the full conference day, Wednesday, February 22, 2017. This email contains the most important vendor info that you will need for the conference.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION - 2017 TICAL Conference-Exhibitor Registration
Thank you so much for your generosity and support of the 2017 TICAL Conference. This conference would not be the success it is without your participation - from showcasing the latest and greatest technology products in education to providing exciting door/raffle prizes.
With space in the exhibit area being pretty tight, we ask that you bring no more than two representatives to the conference. The representatives names and email addresses need to be included in the online registration process.
The Marriott technology contractor, PSAV, will handle all Audio-Visual/Electrical/Internet Connection requests. Please see the “Exhibitor Request Forms” attached to this email. This form needs to be completed and emailed or faxed to the address listed at the bottom of the form.

Exhibiting Information & Schedule for Wednesday, February 22, 2017
Please check-in at the conference registration table located on the Ballroom Foyer.
• All vendors will exhibit at the Ballroom Foyer and Balcony (2nd floor).
• Table assignments will be provided at a later date.
All vendors will receive ONE skirted 6” table & 2 chairs (unless registered for an additional table).
• Set-Up Times - 7:00-9:00 am – Wednesday, February 22
• Exhibiting Hours: 9 am-5 pm
• Lunch: 12:15-1:45 pm - You are on your own for lunch.
• Breakdown Time: 5-6 pm
Door and Raffle Prizes
We are excited again to have three separate door prize/raffle opportunities - one for first-time attendees, one at the Wednesday luncheon, and one at the closing session. Please bring 2-3 items that you are willing to provide to our general door prizes & raffles. Anything from gift cards to books and tablets to trips to Hawaii will be great! We also encourage you to tape your business card and/or information about your products to the items. Please drop off the items at the registration table as you check-in for the conference. The door prizes will be spread out through the various activities of the conference.
Hotel Information- A limited block of rooms has been reserved at the Marriott Hotel for a rate of $149 per night - Single/Double. Call 877-759-6290 and mention you are registering for the AAEA/TICAL Conference. This room rate will be available until January 27, 2017.
