2017 AAEA FALL CONFERENCE

The 41st Annual Fall Conference of the Arkansas Association of Educational Administrators, whose members consist of the state’s school administrators, will be held at the Hot Springs Convention Center in Hot Springs, October 24-25, 2017. Over 200 educational leaders are expected to be in attendance.

 

Members of the following school administrator organizations will attend this conference:

  • Arkansas Association of School Administrators (AASA)
  • Arkansas Association of Secondary School Principals (AASSP)
  • Arkansas Association of Curriculum and Instruction Administrators (AACIA)
  • Arkansas Association of Special Education Administrators (AASEA)

 

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

The Association has space for a very limited number of exhibitors at the conference, and we cordially extend an invitation for your company to participate. 

  • The fee for an exhibit booth is $400.00.
  • Each booth area is 6’ X 10’ and includes a 6’ skirted table with 2 chairs. The area is carpeted.

EXHIBITORS TIMELINE:

The exhibits will be located on the first floor of Convention Center in the Grand Lobby Area. 

 

  • Tuesday, October 24 – 8:30 a.m. AAEA Fall Conference registration begins. There will be several administrator meetings prior to the opening session and luncheon.  The conference will end at 12 noon on Wednesday, October 25.
  • Exhibitor Set-Up: Monday, October 23 from 4:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. or Tuesday, October 24, 7:00 am to 9:00 am.
  • Exhibits Open at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 24.
  • The first session of the conference begins with a luncheon at 11:45 a.m.
  • Exhibitors are welcome for lunch on the Oct. 24 and breakfast Oct. 25.  Cost of booth includes meals for one rep. Each additional rep is $40.
  • Exhibitors will break down at the end of the conference – 12 noon, Wednesday, October 25.

 

Exhibit space will be assigned in the order that requests are received as long as space is available. If you have a problem registering, call the AAEA office (501-372-1691) and ask for Marty. This is a very popular conference so you need to register quickly.
